Functional Fitness Training is a complement to regular chiropractic care, therapeutic massage, nutritional programs, and First Line therapy® The techniques have been used by teachers to reduce stress, by brides in getting ready for their special day, by busy people who need to exercise on a tight schedule, and by many others who seek to minimize their daily aches and pains.
Prior to your training session, Align Wellness Center will perform a Fitness Assessment which will evaluate past exercise and fitness habits, set new baselines, and establish your personal goals. The findings will help establish guidelines for your customized program and keep you on pace for those goals. Fitness Assessments are also used as a follow-up to training as a measure of the program´s effectiveness.
