Community Outreach Associate

A graduate of the University of Iowa, Kathleen holds dual bachelor’s degrees in Journalism and Mass Communication and English Creative Writing. Today, she applies her storytelling background in a new way—shaping messages that inform, connect, and inspire.

Kathleen is an extrovert and thrives off of connecting with the Northbrook community. Being from Glenview, she continues to navigate the fluid changes in the area’s needs, expanding possibilities to meet new people and introduce them to our life-changing care.

When she is not working, Kathleen makes time for her love of writing, visits the city for live shows, vintage fests, and dinners with good friends. She believes that human connection created through communication and understanding is the foundation of all success. Her favorite local spot is Upper Crust Bagels, where she enjoys an everything bagel with plain cream cheese. A wellness tip she lives by: your thoughts shape you, your habits build you, and your choices define you.
