- Your First VisitDuring your initial appointment at Align Wellness Center, we'll conduct a comprehensive assessment to understand your needs and begin to create a personalized treatment plan. This includes gathering a detailed timeline history to uncover the root causes of your condition, and assisting with insurance verification to determine your coverage. If necessary, we'll begin addressing your condition during this visit.
- Advanced Diagnostic TestingDuring this phase, we'll conduct advanced diagnostic testing to gather detailed information about your condition, including a neurological exam to assess nerve function, a digital posture exam to evaluate your body's alignment, a physical exam and chiropractic exam to assess spinal health, a digital biomechanical analysis of your spine for a deeper understanding, and spinal radiographs (or x-rays) if needed.
- Report of FindingsAfter completing the diagnostic testing, we'll take the time to review all results with you, ensuring you have a clear understanding of your condition and the best recommended course of action.
- Your Customized ProgramBased on the findings from the diagnostic testing and the report of findings, we'll develop a customized treatment plan tailored to your specific needs and goals.
