While not technically considered an essential oil, CBD oil is most famous for its ability to help reduce inflammation. One main condition that causes sensations of vertigo is labyrinthitis, which is a recurrent inflammation of the inner ear. The use of CBD oil is considered generally safe, but it is possible to experience some side effects such as:

  • diarrhea

There is currently no empirical evidence showing that CBD oil can be an effective treatment for vertigo. However, there are personal testimonies from many people who experience vertigo stating that the compound helps.

While using essential oils for vertigo treatment and other ailments may be effective for some people, you should always be cautious when using concentrated oils.
